Jax Grill was established in Houston in 1993 at 6510 S Rice Ave. in the Bellaire community. A second location at 1613 Shepherd Dr. opened in 1994. Our counter-service restaurant features a 100% scratch kitchen and live fire mesquite grill. Our menu is highlighted by the classic half-pound Jax Burger, Jax Margaritas and other classic Texan fare. Owned by Paul Miller and Gr8 Plate Hospitality since 2015, we recently expanded with a third location in Katy at 9910 Gaston Rd., Suite 200.

Black Walnut is a local family-friendly restaurant chain serving American food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner in addition to weekday happy hour specials and a weekend brunch. Enjoy dining indoors, including full-service seating at the bar, or outside on our covered patio. Our restaurant on Memorial Drive is conveniently located between Buffalo Bayou Park and Memorial Park, minutes from the Golf Course.
