Taking advantage of Chef Naderi’s Persian heritage with Texas upbringing, diners are in for a treat! Taking his passion and the experience he gained staging at Picholine in NYC and Madrona Manor in Napa along with his work at Brennan’s, Haven, Soma and most recently as consulting Chef for Saint Genevieve in West Ave, at 26-years-old Naderi opened his first restaurant, Roost in December, 2011.

They requested us to add more items to our menu and we responded enthusiastically. Soon, the few al fresco tables were not enough to accommodate everyone. So we decided to move to a restaurant.
