I am a certified yoga teacher that specializes in using somatic movement to help clients with chronic pain. I love to work one on one with clients to create a sustainable movement practice that helps calm the nervous system and create balance in body and mind. I meet my clients where they’re at to help them get the most out of their practice, whatever that looks like. I enjoy teaching small groups and events, but my heart is working with beginners and people one on one that would like to use this practice to eliminate or reduce chronic pain. I love to create a practice catered to your needs that you can practice at home or anywhere, anytime. My work is evidence based, trauma informed, and available for all people.
