Ms. Myrtle’s Bakery is a family‑owned Houston bakery with over 25 years of experience, offering handcrafted cakes and Southern homemade desserts made from scratch. Formerly known as Not Jus’ Donuts Bakery, the shop was founded and led by CEO Myrtle Jackson. After her passing in late 2021, the bakery was renamed to honor her legacy and the love she poured into every recipe. Located in the historic Third Ward, we specialize in custom cakes for weddings, birthdays, and special events, along with a daily selection of personal‑size desserts made daily. Every treat is made with quality ingredients and the warmth of true Southern tradition.

Enjoy our signature biscotti in Hazelnut Cacao, Caramel Pecan, Raspberry White Chocolate, and Lemon Meringue, paired with Vietnamese iced coffee, iced lattes, energy refreshers, matcha creations, freshly brewed hot coffee, or hot tea.
