About
Friohana Shave Ice is a family-owned Hawaiian-style shave ice food truck serving Houston since 2011. Our shave ice is soft and snow-like, never crunchy like an ordinary snow cone, made with house-made syrups and real-fruit flavors like mango, strawberry and watermelon, plus toppings like sweet cream and chamoy. Find us at Hermann Park by McGovern Centennial Gardens and at festivals across Houston, or book the truck for birthday parties, school fundraisers, church events, block parties and community celebrations throughout the Houston area. Featured in Eater Houston and Houstonia.
